Dispatch times

Our current dispatch time is 1–2 weeks. Please check the product listing and announcement bar for the latest information before ordering.

Dispatch time is the time needed to prepare your order. Delivery time is additional.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges and available shipping options are shown at checkout before you pay. These depend on your order and delivery address.

UK delivery

We send orders using Royal Mail or a courier, depending on the size and type of item. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation once your order is on its way, with tracking details where available.

International delivery

Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout. Please contact us before ordering if you need help with international delivery or information about any applicable import charges.

Need your order for a particular date?

Please contact us before placing your order if you need it for a wedding, event or gift date. We’ll let you know whether we can meet your deadline. Selecting a faster delivery service does not shorten the production time unless agreed with us beforehand.
